Open IPTV Starters. Both are printed on the home screen (bottom corners) and under Settings → About. The MAC address is generated by the app and stays the same on that device even after a reinstall. The device key is a short code that lets you log in on this website.
Either log in at Manage playlists with your MAC and device key and add an M3U URL or Xtream Codes login, or use Playlists → Add playlist directly in the app. After adding on the website, press the refresh button on the app's home screen.
No. IPTV Starters is a player. You need your own playlist from a provider you are authorized to use. The only bundled content is a demo playlist of public test streams.
Each device gets 7 days free from the first launch. Afterwards you can activate for one year or for the lifetime of the device on the Activate page. The price is shown there before you pay.
That is expected. The device key is regenerated on install, but your MAC address, playlists and activation stay the same. Log in with the new key shown in the app.
Activation is per device (per MAC). Email support with both MAC addresses and we will help move it.
HLS (m3u8), MPEG-TS, MP4, MKV, DASH and most codecs your device decodes in hardware. For Xtream Codes you can choose between TS and HLS output in Settings.
For M3U playlists the guide comes from the url-tvg in the playlist, or from the EPG URL you set on the portal. For Xtream Codes it is loaded from your provider automatically. Channels are matched on tvg-id, ignoring punctuation and case, and on the channel name as a fallback, so small differences between a playlist and its guide still line up.
Some public playlists list dozens of separate guide files in one line. The app loads the first several small ones and skips any single guide over 40 MB, because downloading those would stall a TV box. If your channels are not covered, edit the playlist on the portal and set the one EPG URL you actually want.
Set a PIN in Settings → Parental control, then lock categories or entire playlists. Protected playlists added on the portal ask for their PIN before opening.
